Talent Butler was conceptualized and created by CEO & Founder, Mathew Thompson. During many years of seeing employers frustrated with the traditional recruitment process, Mat was driven to make a change in the sector by providing a more valuable proposition. Prior to launching Talent Butler, Mathew spent twenty years working in both the property recruitment and real estate industries in the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia and Australia for global recruiting giants and boutique brands. Mathew’s key niche area is retail property recruitment, he has recruited for businesses including McDonald’s, KFC, Pet Barn, Coca Cola, GYG and many others for transactional, as well as C-Suite level positions.

After completing a degree in Civil Engineering at Portsmouth University, Andrew worked for over five years as a Civil/Structural Engineer in the construction and property sector. This unique experience has provided him with insider knowledge that defines my expertise. Since 2010, Andrew has worked with two leading property and construction recruitment companies in Australia. He specialises in project management and development management roles across all levels, including senior leadership and C-Suite.

Andrew is now a National Director at Talent Butler and leads the Development and Construction team.

Marko leads our Melbourne business and joined Talent Butler having previously been a Director of a successful Melbourne-based property recruitment group for 12 years.

Marko has worked with a diverse range of property clients securing high calibre talent for SME’s to ASX Listed organisations working across residential, commercial/retail and proptech.

His area of expertise includes property development, sales and marketing and providing recruitment consulting services to clients.

Marko is closely aligned with our group strategy of culture focused recruitment outcomes.
